Advanced manufacturing and core testing equipment

Replacing the traditional processing equipment with international advanced equipment is one of the driving forces of BG’s rapid growth. BG nozzle production is composed of the world’s top professional equipment, including German medium hole seat grinder, Swiss EDM four-position EDM machine tool, American extrusion grinder, Italian high precision coreless grinder, German needle valve angle grinder, American processing center, etc. The processing accuracy reaches 2 mm, high-precision processing. The process ensures that the fuel flow rate of the fuel injector is below 2%.
